My name is Kendall Bongiovanni. My whole life, I have been oppressed. I have managed, to climb out of that depression and build a life for myself in Los Santos. I am of the LGBTQ+ community and recently happily married my lovely wife, Barbie Bongiovanni. I am committed to being an active citizen of Los Santos as I strive to do community service weekly. I tend to clean up trash around our neighboring parks, and even at the lawns of beloved companies. I did work for LSEMS, but decided I wanted greener pastures after my marriage. I used to be a teacher for Los Santos High, but had to resign after they tore down the school due to gang affiliation and violence. During my time as a teacher, I received many academic rewards for helping troubles kids exceed in their studies. With my employment, they reached an all time high percentage of graduation. I like to think that with hard work, anything is possible.
Why should the San Andreas Department of Corrections hire you over other applicants? (minimum of 100 words):
I believe I am exactly what they are looking for. I am dedicated, and very skillful. My communication is very fluid, along with my efficiency for getting tasks completed. I can provide a leveled head when under pressure, and also give unbiased input at all times. I give a sense of loyalty, and teamwork when working with colleagues. I love to give feedback a lot which can be very helpful in an environment that is finalizing it's structure. I want to give S.A.D.O.C. a chance to hire an employee who will not only follow expectations, but exceed them. I can assure that I can impress my superiors and make them happy with my work. I am also physically strong which can help with work duties.
How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?:
I approach any situation that may be deemed stressful with a calm attitude. I am very observant before I take any action necessary. I like to actively listen, before responding.
What traits do you have that you feel may be of use to us?:
My speaking, writing, and typing skills are very proficient. I am also very patient, yet I can be stern when needed. I believe I am really great at reading people and responding to them in ways that will make them more comfortable. This is particularly helpful with difficult beings, or in this case, inmates.
