I am still currently employed, but as you can tell by this application I am looking for new workplace. Reasons why I want to leave vary, but mainly due to the fact that I originally applied for a different department than the one I ended up in and I am looking for career opportunities that I don't see with the department I'm currently in.

My full name is Ernesto Serrano Calavera and I am 24 years old. I was born in Puerto Rico where I lived until age of 8. My mother Mariana Serrano met my father while he was on a business trip and they had some short love story and had me in the end. My fathers surname is Calavera which is my original surname on the documents, but as my father and mother were not married or did not end up together and I was raised by my mother, I like to use my mothers surname as well, so while on documents I am Ernesto Calavera, on applications or other places I present myself as either Ernesto Serrano or Ernesto Serrano Calavera. When I was 8 my father invited me and my mother to move to states which my mother agreed with. They never lived together, he just found a place for us to leave and to some level took care of us. Growing up I was interested in different things and I tried to involve myself into as many different activities that I could which gave me a lot of overall experience. Closer to graduating school I feel in love with photography and started to do it as a hobby. Went to college and graduated with degree in Law and Business, but soon enough realized I don't want to work in that field, so yet again, same as in my teen years, I am looking for that one job that I would love to do.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
I have great organisational and time management skills, therefore I would be able to easily work on my own without supervision. I am very dedicated and whatever I do I try to make it better by making the changes myself if I can or at least providing a feedback on things that could and can be changed to better the work environment or the processes that are used at the work place in order to make it more proficient to the company and its employees. Also while I might not have the exact experience of a taxi driver, I have great customer service skills and I am a quick learner and willing to take any training necessary.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
First of all as I said I am looking for that one place, that one job I would like to do. I find DCC to be able to give me that opportunity as besides being able to communicate with different type of customers, I also get the chance to constantly move and travel around the state, so for someone like me who enjoys photography and therefore sightseeing, this sounds like a great job to be able to see places. Additionally I have had previous contact with some of the DCC employees and I just love the energy they bring which tells me that the workplace and work environment in DCC is great and makes me want to be part of it.
Have you applied previously and been rejected? If so what have you done differently this time?
I have not applied previously. I am aware that officially the application status says "closed", but considering that a recent application was made today and approved, I don't want to miss a chance if there is one.

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is an act of an unrealistic action performed by your character. The easiest example and probably to most common one would be something like super strength where you act like no one can puts hands on you or where you would act invincible or picking up bodies and running full speed without rp. Powergaming is often connected with non-rp as both of these represents a way of rp that is not good or accepted.
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
They both are expressional commands that you can use during your roleplay in order to make it better than it is with the animations or words you use. The difference between these two would be that /me is used when your character is doing an action that cannot be shown otherwise while /do would be used to describe a surroundings or actions from third person perspective. For example in a scenario where someone comes into a DCC managers office the manager could say something like /me closes the office doors, behind the visitor and then with /do add something like /do as you approach the office desk you would see a sign on the desk saying "Downtown Cab Company General Manager".
Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming is when you or someone else is using information in character that has been acquired Out of Character. For example on DCC OOC media section someone posts a video of him doing some erp in his taxi with a client. Someone, who is not involved in the situation and did not witness it In character, next time he sees the individual approaches him and says "So? How was the blowjob?". That would be metagaming because the character would not know about that situation in character and only knows about it, because a video was posted on OOC media section.
Which rule does the following describe: the act of emphasising roleplay over acquiring a level of skill that is unrealistic.

Non-Roleplay is something that shows bad rolepaly and in most cases is unrealistic as that would not happen in real life. For example, you are taking your customer to a location and when you look at your GPS you see that the location is right behind some plain with few hills. Not wanting to drive around you decided that you gonna take a shortcut and go over the field. That would be violation of non-rp as although the gta mechanic allows you and your character to do that, there is almost no chance that you or anyone would do it in real life.
You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
Although I have a firearm on me I would not put my life in more danger than it already is. I would comply with the demands, slowly get out of the vehilce with my hands up and try to deescalate the situation if possible or wait until it's safe to call police.
