Please write a personal biography: (Minimum of 200 words)
My name is Cody James, I was born In Detroit, Michigan. During my time in Detroit, I dreamed of working with the government, my mother and father were both police officers. When I got to the age of 19, I began to rethink what I wanted to do, when one day I wanted to try to get some experience as government worker and I decided that I wanted to become a corrections officer because I wanted to help the inmates and rehabilitate them instead of arresting them and throwing in the cell. During that time I went to school for criminology in the school of Detroit. After educating myself with how criminal’s work and how they run things I moved to Los Santos by the age of 24 to become a Corrections Officer. But after being a corrections officer for a couple of months I started to think and wonder why am I doing this, it isn't for me, I was lost and didn't know what to do. Since I grew up in a family of police officer’s I always had a passion for helping others so I took it upon myself to change my way’s and rethink and re-evaluate what a cop does. After taking some time sitting down contemplating what I wanted to do in the next part of my life I realized that police officers don't just arrest people, they protect cities and help out in their communities. After a little while being officer I realized that wasn't my path either and went to square one and applied to become an DOC officer and got to become a Lieutenant at the SADOC and enjoyed training other correction officers.

I believe I am very fit for the DDC and have skills that are need to succeed in the DDC, like communication skills, dependability, teamwork, flexibility, work ethic, problem-solving skills, and my leadership. I think these skills are going to be really important in the future to help get the city of Los Santos get around the city and help the DCC as a team because communication and working hard as a team is very important to be successful. Motivation/commitment, self-discipline, networking, and respect are also some keys traits that I have, I believe it is important to know yourself and to know your team and who you are working along with, give a long-term orientation, create a good atmosphere in the workplace, put the team into the center, create clear responsibilities and resolve conflicts when they occur.

Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
I would like to join the DCC team because I love when I have requested taxi drives in the past the energy that the taxi drivers spread and how good the customer service they give is amazing. The DCC team is also one of the most helpful teams in the city and I would love to be apart of the DCC team and try to help the city out as much as possible and help everyone get around the city safe, comfortably, and calm.

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is forcing roleplay on another person and usually roleplaying things which are impossible to do, leaving another player no chance to roleplay back and giving yourself an advantage. An example of powergaming is trying to zip tie a person's hand together and they would have "spikey fire hands" and they deny you any type of RP back and they RP forcing you to lose in the RP, like /me try to zip ties and they would respond with /do they would fail as I have "spikey fire hands".

What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me is to describe the action that your character is doing and /do describes the roleplay. An example of a /me and /do used is /me searches for his missing phone inside the vehicle /do it would be hidden in the sides of the seat.

Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming is using OOC knowledge in roleplay thoughts, actions, or behavior. For example when you tell your friend tells you that he is being chased by the police and needs you to come pick him up at a store.

Which rule does the following describe: the act of emphasising roleplay over acquiring a level of skill that is unrealistic.
[x] Non-Roleplay
[ ] Powergaming
[ ] Alternative Roleplay

Define Non-Roleplay and give an example:
Non-Roleplay is when someone is non-realistic things with there character that would make no sense, like swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I would make sure that I would follow all the man's demands closely and exactly so that he doesn't pull the trigger and shoot me. After he gets what he wants and leaves I would get in contact with the police and anyone on duty hopefully a supervisor or any mangers on duty.
