I was wrongfully arrested for assault with a weapon for defending myself, im going to court to get it off my record

I'm Spencer Shelby I'm 22 years old I moved to Los Santos when I was 18 in hope of a better life, I started out in the city with $2,000 and I got a job at Cluckin bell for sometime. I then decided that wasn't the place for me so I started working for Groupe Sechs Security as a security guard, I loved it there but I got the opportunity to join Los Santos Police Department and I joined the force for a little, I enjoyed it for time until it started to feel like a job and the people I worked with got worse. I'm currently waiting for DOC to open there doors and start my new career as a Corrections Officer. Until then I wouldn't mind spending my days at DCC giving rides to the citizens of Los Santos, and meeting new people. I'm also starting up my own company Go Karts Galore, at GKG we offer Go Kart rentals and eventually Go Kart races that people could bet on and possible make some money off there friends racing skills. I'm excited to start working again and get back on my feet before starting the new career at DOC but I still want to make friends and memories with the people at DOC.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
Some skills I have that would benefit DCC are, I know the city very well and all the popular locations and a very large number of street names and un popular locations. I use to be a Police Officer so I am aware of all the traffic laws and I know how to follow them. I am a very friendly guy that will start a conversation with anyone and make the customer feel like I truly care.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
Ill be honest, the reason I would like to join the DCC team is because I'm currently unemployed and waiting for the Department Of Corrections to open there doors. I am looking for work so I can make a stable income and feed my self, but I still plan on being a great employee. I still enjoy the things DCC do as I spend a lot of my time talking to a few of the drivers DCC currently has and I always looked up to them. I still enjoy driving around the city and meeting new people and helping them succeed.

Powergaming is the act of not letting people RP back, for example say I was a cop I tell a guy to put his hands up, without rply getting cuffs out or giving him I chance I just cuff him and bring him to the cruiser.
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me is a action and /do is answer, and example would be /me Does something /do would they notice. or /me pulls out a business card and hands it to the man /do would they take it.
Define Metagaming and give an example:
Meta gaming is the act of using OOC information and bringing it IC, say you were watching someone stream Vital RP and you notice they crashed near you and there car was unlocked, it would be meta gaming to go to there car and steal it.

You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I would get out of the car and listen to the man and what he wants from me, I would hope he just takes the car and drives away were I would just call the police and report the taxi stole, and inform my supervisor what had happened. I would'nt try and be a hero and risk my life over a taxi that can be replaced.
