Please a short biography of yourself including any previous achievements you have gained. (minimum of 150 words):
Being an only child I was spoilt by my parents and no one ever said no to me, I was sent to boarding school from a very young age while my parents worked extremely hard to give me the life they never had, from boarding school I went onto private school and then university where I obtained a degree in Psychology, after university I started working with a family friend who owned a farm and this is where I met Chris Relish, he had grown up in the countryside all his life and wanted to leave, he would constantly go on about "San Andreas" where the north had green lands as far as the eye could see, beaches and mountains everywhere, I was hooked, we worked our asses off and saved as much as we could to travel to SA and live out the American dream however we fell into a city that was not very welcoming and beyond that an area that was riddled with gangs and drugs, I want to make SA the place I believed it was and at DoC I believe that is possible.
Why should the San Andreas Department of Corrections hire you over other applicants? (minimum of 100 words):
I want to make this city a safer place for everyone, working at the Department of Corrections this will give me the ability to help those who need rehabilitation. I do believe that I have a weakness that could impact my employment ,sometimes I can be known to be a bit too harsh on people however this is entirely based on the situation, I feel that because of this I may be too strict on someone who has been given a serious prison sentence however this may make the individual think a little harder about the crime they have committed, that being said I will also try and l understand the other persons reasoning for their actions.
How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?:
I find myself to be a very cool headed and stress free person, when dealing with a situation I will always try to look at the surroundings, access what is going on, read the room and then decide if it worth taking action to deal with the events that have unfolded.
Even though I am cool headed it is not always down to the individual having a solid team by your side can be make or break, with a solid team then almost any situation can be dealt with swiftly and effectivly, Team work makes the dream work.
What traits do you have that you feel may be of use to us?:
There are many qualities and reason I could give however I would have to say my top two are my communication skills and eagerness to improve the city, I grew up having a rather privileged childhood, private school educated with a degree in Psychology, I did not have a rough upbringing which has sheltered me from what happens in the real world, now after moving to San Andreas my eyes have been opened and I am beginning to experience how difficult it is for people here and that fills me with the urge to help them. Finally another quality would have to be honesty. I believe that when it comes to work theirs no better place or time to tell the truth.
one of the main reasons I should be hired is my eagerness to improve this city, I want somewhere that I can call home and giving people the ability to be rehabilittated can help dramaticaly towards making this city safer for everyone!

In another city I previously worked at the San Andreas Sheriffs department, I worked extremely hard and made my way up through the ranks, managed multiple departments, created many handbooks and guides for other staff to benefit from, eventually made my way up to high command and held the rank of Colonel.
Have you ever worked or are currently working for any other government jobs? If so, which one and what was/is your position?:
