Please a short biography of yourself including any previous achievements you have gained. (minimum of 150 words):
- i grew up in a hard-working family in Staten Island, New York. My mother was a house wife so I saw a lot of her on a daily basis, however my father was high up in the department of corrections so I very rarely seen him. I was a good kid in school who just minded his own business. I was studying law and keeping my self in shape by doing MMA. This really took up a good chunk of my life at the time. When my mother fell ill, it became very difficult for us. I has to pretty much become her carer and it put a real pause on my ambitions in life. When my father retired he would look after my mother and I could now start to focus on my career. I moved over here to try and start my career and follow in my fathers footsteps. When I left home I struggled with money but soon came to realise that wasn't what I cared about. I cared about helping other people and began to put myself second in most situations. Now I am here, hoping to achieve my dream and start a new chapter in life.
Why should the San Andreas Department of Corrections hire you over other applicants? (minimum of 100 words):
- I know how to deal with all kind of individuals. Even though through life I have been evolving. I am what I want not what has been done to me. I am a kind-hearted soul and in any struggling human, I strive to see the good. I care about people and want the best for them but when necessary I'm not afraid to rock the hammer of correction.
Regardless of emotions. I concentrate on rehabilitating and placing those in search of a shift in life on a new path.
I also consider myself a friendly person and easygoing but not afraid to stand my ground when I have to. I try to help others when possible in a professional and courteous way.
How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?:
- i'm always in a calm relaxed manner especially if someone's life is on the line this have to be handled with profinalism and always accepting what i can’t control that's why it critical to always have help from higher ups as they have more experience during those situations.
What traits do you have that you feel may be of use to us?:
- The major strength that I have is my ability to critically think. I can determine in a few moments what is an emergency and needs to be treated as such and what is not an emergency at all. This, along with my tactical experience in providing tactical medicine make me an ideal candidate for the position with SADOC .
