Please write a personal biography: (Minimum of 200 words)
My name is Jonathan Wellers. I come from a pretty poor background. Being brought up in Sandy Shores, my family didn't exactly have the most of money. It was hard to get by. My father was a taxi driver himself, and my mother would stay at home, taking care of me and my 3 siblings. My educational background isn't the greatest. I suffer from ADHD, so academically I did not succeed too much. My family could not afford the medication, so my condition got worse and worse, and my grades continued to plumet. I decided to drop out after a while, and I decided that finding a job was the best idea. I started to fish as a hobby, selling the product I caught. This would allow me to buy the medication I required, and my condition became much better. Now, with my condition being treated, I think it's the perfect time to try find a full time job, so I can finally move out and become more independent My fathers job always inspired me. I've always aspired to become a taxi driver myself and follow in his footsteps to try to make him proud. I'm hoping this company will give me the opportunity to prove myself. I believe that I have the skills required to be a successful taxi driver, and I cannot wait to show that this is in fact the case.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
I feel like I am a hard working individual who is willing to put as many hours as it takes to prove myself. I am a good listener and I'm very good at listening to any advice given to me. I feel like DCC will also benefit from my navigational skills. I am very good with navigating around the map, and I'm able to get customers from one destination to another in the fastest time possible, while obeying traffic laws of course.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
As mentioned in my personal biography, my father himself was a taxi driver. I just would like to follow in his foot steps and continue his legacy. DCC is the taxi company I chose to apply to as I have previously seen how well organised of a company it is. The company seems to operate very smoothly, and I would do anything to be a part of it. My friends also are thinking about joining the DCC team, so I am hoping that I can spend some time in an occupation I enjoy, with the people I enjoy spending time with. Of course I will make new friends if I'm given the job too!
Have you applied previously and been rejected? If so what have you done differently this time?
I have not previously applied.
Do you consent to a background check? (if no, your application will be denied)
[x] Yes
[ ] No

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is not allowing another roleplayer to roleplay a response. Powergaming is also performing unrealistic actions which do not make any roleplay sense. For example, if I was to roleplay that I would lift a car with my bare hands and toss it to the other side of the road. This action is not considered realistic, hence it would be powergaming.
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/do is how someone would describe an ongoing roleplay situation or a scenario. You can also use /do to roleplay another thing that isn't your own character. I.e. /do The bodycam would be recording, indicating such with a red flash.
/me is the actions that your own character is performing. I.e. /me looks to the sky, smiling as he sees the clear blue skies.
Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming is using OOC information ICly. For example, if someone was to message me on discord telling me that there is a shootout occuring and to log in to help, this would be considered metagaming, as I am acquiring information through an OOC mean to use ICly.
Which rule does the following describe: the act of emphasising roleplay over acquiring a level of skill that is unrealistic.
[x] Non-Roleplay
[ ] Powergaming
[ ] Alternative Roleplay
Define Non-Roleplay and give an example:
Non roleplay is doing actions that are unrealistic to try to take advantages of something. An example of this is by using supercars to PIT other vehicles.
You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I would comply with the man, and not attempt to pull out my own firearm in order to defend myself, as this would be a breach of the FearRP rule.
