Osman Malik, is a 23 year old man who grew up in Detroit with his mother. At a young age, he was forced to drop out of school and start working to help his family. He started as a waiter in a Lebanese restaurant, he worked there for 3 years, and then he decided to start a delivery company, his company had some success for a year, but because of the to big whales in the field he couldn't compete and found himself with a debt of 500,000$. His project went bankrupt and he started working as a delivery man for a delivery company called Uber Eats, for 2 years. Malik decided to go to LS and try his luck there, he left with $1000 in his pocket, found a room to live in, and started working in a fish factory, the work was not what he's meant to, Malik was a sociable person who likes to meet new people and enjoy having conversations with them. After few other months, Malik found a better place to leave, with some cash saved in his bank account, that allows him to leave the factory job and find something that really match with what he's looking for, meeting new people and provinding the best service. Malik was looking for customer service jobs on the internet, and found a call center and a taxi driver job. Him having experience in delivering food in time, and providing a great customer service in the lebanese restaurant, he then decided to try his luck and apply for a taxi driver. As he knows with his experience he will be in time when a client request a cab and also be kind and sociable when he got the client in the cab.
What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
Malik has different skills, some of them that he thinks might be so important for this position, are hardwork, discipline, sociable and great customer service.
Malik never miss a work day no matter what and love to work overtime no matter the time or the day, Malik is a respectful person toward his bosses and co-workers and a disciplined person. Malik is always down for help, and for filling up missing shifts of his co-workers. Also last but not least, Malik loves to serve people and see the smile on their face.
Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
I would like to join DCC, because i love working as a driver and provide great customer service. Also meeting new people, and help them by driving them around the city to their location. Also some my old co-workers in the fish factory that i worked with in the past started working in the DCC company, and told me about how the company team and the managers are great people, who are enjoyable people to work with.

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is the act of forcing an RP scenario without giving the chance to the other party to Roleplay. Example : A cop cuffing someone without going thru /me's /do's to give a chance for him to rp resisting or complying.
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me is to describe a situation that my character is doing , /do is a command used to enhance roleplay or prove a factual statement. Example : /me stares at the man that is talking loudly with a look of distain, while gripping the handle of his gun. /do would the man notice ?
Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming is the act of using out-of-character material software that is not meant to give IC informations, to use it in their advantage icly.
Example : Using Discord to let a friend, that you are getting robbed in-game and need help.

Non-Roleplay is the act of providing a poor quality RP or actions that doesn't make sense in real life world. Example : Calling 911 when you injured in the middle of a shoutout.
You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I will fear for my character's life, and comply with the robber demands. His gun is in a close range and the demands given are clear, so realisticly i won't get my gun out and start shooting.
