Shall be responsible for the licensing, inspection, and enforcement of commerce within San Andreas pursuant to Commercial Act of 2021. This office shall be tasked with the registration, and licensing of businesses, and its inspection of adherence to the business regulations. This office is also expected to inspect businesses in the state on a regular basis. The purpose of this is to ensure businesses are in compliance with the Penal Code and are within their approved licensing. An official with the OCL will conduct routine and random inspections of businesses and report all findings accordingly.
Job Description: The Licensing Manager of the Office of Commerce & Licensing shall be responsible for the overall management of the division and its members. These responsibilities includes but are not limited to managing business registration, licensing, inspections, OCL members; recruitment, disciplinary, promotions, and demotions.
