Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is the Act of Not allowing other players the opportunity to roleplay in a scenario, or forcing RP that may not be reasonable.
For Example a Police Officer is attempting to arrest a player and they do not give the player the opportunity to roleplay a reaction to their RP, Such as attempting to elbow the officer and get away, or just comply with the officers RP.
What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me is the Action that will be performed
/do is the reaction to the action, or the environment
/me Would Do a cartwheel
/do My wallet would fall out while I am upside down

Metagaming is the act of using out of character information in character.
This can be something as simple as messaging a friend on discord and informing them where you are at in game, and they come to you.

Non Roleplay is the act of committing unrealistic or poor quality Roleplay.
This can include ramming in a vehicle that does not have a push bumper on it.
You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
Depending on the situation I may attempt to flee in order to save my life. If the person had caught me in a situation where attempting to flee may result in a fatality, I would simply get out of the vehicle and comply with his demands as i would be fearing for my life.
