Please write a personal biography: (Minimum of 200 words)
My name is Boris Knyazev ,Age 45 and I was born in Los Santos. In my early life My father was a professional truck driver he thought me a lot about driving and understanding how vehicles function. In year 2000 moved to Vespucci canals part of Los Santos to start my own Car repair and modification garage and become more involved with the car business.
After taking a loan from my Father I managed to to buy out a garage and having the opportunity to hire several people to work for me in the garage I had time to work for the Sherifs Department as Assistant Commanding Officer of the SRT special ops devision and after having many years as service decided to retire and have more laid back life. The reason why I want to Join the DCC is that after I my retirement I had to find a goverment job in which my life wouldnt be in danger but I will be able to contribute actively to the citizens of the city of Los Santos.
The knowledge of vehicles and the previous service for the Goverment allowed me to learn much about the citizens and their troubles and I think as being good in talking with people and understanding them will help me to do the job in a good and secure way.

What skills do you have that you believe DCC would benefit from? (Minimum of 75 words)
As my father was a professional driver he thought me about vehicles since I was very young. I driven car since I was 11 years old and I have great knowledge and experience in driving. As I have previous experience in Sheriff's department I believe I have good communication skills as well as being very aware on the road of anything that is happening around. I know every location in the city by memory and I know the most safe and efficient ways to get there and as well to provide secure and safe ride if a dangerous situation occures.

Why would you like to join the DCC team? (Minimum of 75 words)
The reason is that After working in the Sheriffs department in my past for many years I felt like my life was in danger too many times and I believe I need a less dangerous job. I want to be able to contribute to the city and give my service to the community and this is a good way to have stable income that will help me with my bills and expences.I strongly believe that my will to help others in this city and my previous experience that i have will bring the needed contribution in the DCC team.

Define Powergaming and give an example:
Powergaming is basically not giving other people the ability to respond and roleplay. Example of powergaming would be : /me would take a rope and tie the mans hands and throw him in the vehicle.
By doing this im forcing the other player to follow my roleplay but I dont give him the opportunity to resist or roleplay at all.

What is the difference between /me and /do? and give an example:
/me is when yyou are performing an action and want to describe it
/do is when answering to the /me.
Example: /me would take out his business card and handle it to the man next to him.
/do would he take the business card?
/me would take out his license and registration from the glove box of his vehicle and handle it over to the police officer.
/do would he take it ?

Define Metagaming and give an example:
Metagaming is when you use discord or any other like program to give IC information Out of the game.
Example: I would talk on discord while driving a customer and call my friends without communicating in game to come and rob him.

Which rule does the following describe: the act of emphasising roleplay over acquiring a level of skill that is unrealistic.
[ X] Non-Roleplay
[ ] Powergaming
[ ] Alternative Roleplay

Define Non-Roleplay and give an example:
Non-Roleplay is when you perform unrealistic activities and actions that you wouldnt normally do in real world.
Example: Driving taxi and driving on the mountain with a sports vehicle because its going to be faster.

You are in a taxi by yourself and it stalls. A man runs up to the taxi and points a gun at you close range. He begins shouting demands for you to exit the vehicle and to put your hands in the air. You have a pistol on your person. What should you do?
I would Immediately get out of the car and put my hands up and follow the demands of the person that robs me. If he has gun pointed at me and my vehicle is stalled I would have to follow his orders in order nobody to get hurt.
